My daughter and I are back home ,after a trip down memory lane .The V and A museum is always a pleasure to visit and yesterday we were greeted by lovely 'smiling' Kate, (in reception)who gave us all the help and information we needed: The Cunard exhibition was great!!!We also enjoyed a "feast" of sandwiches, tea and cake in the cafeteria.... second to none!!!Superb , friendly and efficient service .Thank you .

Nice art, different type compared to most museums, but unfortunately most exhibits were closed when I visited.Friendly staff.

Great exhibition titled "The Descendants," which features people of African descent - many of whom have roots in the city going back many generations. The oral testimonials on the big television screen were an added bonus. Listening to such individuals giving insight into their experiences and perceptions of racism demonstrates that racism continues in this city in covert (and overt) ways. Ray Costello is correct that the Windrush arrival does not mark the black presence on these shores as people of African descent have been in Britain since the Roman era.

Small museum, quite interesting. I really liked the engraving of silver on the dishes of the 19th-20th century, the incredible beauty of the work. There are various expositions, a meditation room - a bright room with visualization of the sky accompanied by calm sounds of nature, paintings, a rather cozy cafe.

Truly one of Liverpool's less well visited gems. Apart from the excellent gallery collections, the architecture is stunning. Don't miss it!

I like visiting museums and historical places so since I was visiting Liverpool I had to drop by to see the artwork. To begin with, the building looks stunning! I found this museum interesting and the artwork was incredible. A lovely cozy café past the entrance and very helpful knowledgeable staff. Overall a nice place to visit in Liverpool.

Went to an art tour here. Can't quite remember the artist name but she was lovely amd her art work was amazing, not only did she encapsulate her childhood I'm her art work, she also paid homege to many other things like the downside of dubai, Liverpool slave trade, etc. Also, as an disabled person, the artist was quite accomadating, offered me a magnifying glass and a portable stool to sit and move along with the tour, had a sensory room (which was my favourite part) and described smaller details on her artwork that I couldn't see/makeout.

I took my son to a craft opening afternoon that they have on monthly and it was just amazing!! So much for the children to do, lots of crafts, games, activities and animals to hold. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is amazing and all home cooked ?. Highly recommended!!
