How poor service this health centre has become. They just mess you around, and there are no appointments available to speak to a gp. They just tell you waterver, so you hang up the phone (if you are lucky to get through, they just eat crisps and have a cuppa and tummy scratches)

The automated phone service advises to go to websites for bookings while those do not work. The morning call routine is really stressful and antiquated, while I understand that pre bookings could result in wastefull no shows it would be good to have better system than phone waiting. After manage to get through the gatekeepers it is much better experience as GPs are very professional.

Written by a ex patient of there?s they have no compassion and they have not helped me in the past month and they complain that to quote them said nasty things about them I?ve never known anything like this I?ve been out of area for months yet they say that they didn?t know it was only when I made a complaint about a doctor who triggered me reminding me of bad experiences last year I?ve got a history of trauma in my life and they don?t understand that it impacts on you as does living in pain and where they were messing up my meds I was going where I had none for a couple of days and they once sent me just one lot and missed the rest and admitted that they had sent one across but still had the other there and it took them 4/5 hours to sort it out and they made appointments and didn?t have the guts to call me a person who is in a crisis just because of my past I?m CSA and DV and a bad history of overdoses and they don?t care about that that they triggered me to that point and I told them that but they didn?t do anything I could be dead as far as they are concerned if you have any mental illnesses please avoid this surgery and I?m sorry but this is the truth.

I?ve been waiting for an appointment to speak with someone over the phone for 2 weeks , when finally that happened they just asked me few questions and then they booked me for an F2F appointment again after 2 weeks at 9:30am, went to the GP and they said I have missed the appointment because it was for 9:00am , such a joke!

It is ok, the GPs are all great and all staff are friendly, but the phone calls services is just rubbish!!!!! My phone calls rarely been answered since I got registered with them! Always had to go in person for appointments!!!!! And that is not convenient at all!

I?m trying to be seen by a doctor from 2/3 weeks and I sent E consultation many times but no one answered.My son when was sick is been seen by a nurse and not a doctor. At the reception they are always rude!Is this a GP??

Excellent GP practice. Genuinely care about their patients. Dr Mealey is an excellent GP very caring and really listens. Doesn?t make you feel rushed. Brilliant with my daughter also. The reception staff are very friendly and approachable. Thank You

My dad tried to book an appointment for my mum via telephone yesterday, phone line wasnt workin all mornin so he had to go in person. He manages to get to reception (the walk in doesnt allow walk ins anymore) and explains he cant get through and he needs to book her an appointment and the lady at reception says the phone lines arent working, my dad asks if he can book an appointment for her as shes very sick and needs to be seen by a doctor in the near future so she can get the right treatment, the receptionist has the nerve to say 'sorry cant do that, you have to call to make an appointment' He couldnt make her an appointment in the end because there was no way. Unfortunately things like this arent uncommon and just shows how the NHS is being ran into the ground, I get it. But that was an extremely rude and insensitive suggestion from your receptionist and its completely inexcuseable no matter what. Disgusting.

I have never experienced such good service at a Doctors surgery in my life. The whole ethos of the Centre is superb. Every member of staff, including the attached dental practice, were courteous, friendly and professional'With the Covid doctors are having a hard time, yet they still manage to maintain their demeanour and their standards. Quite exceptional, a model for other surgeries to imitate.Thank you so much.

I'm still waiting for my whipping coughs vaccination, my appointment was at 10am and I'm still waiting, after the womans has told me to take a sit after she has had a laugh for my pronounce because I'm not English...I have asked and they have told me to wait because they haven't advice the nurse that I was here..and I'm still waiting.. so a part I was feeling so bad for her laugh I'm pregnant and I'm still waiting for a vaccination... is more then an hrs now...RIDICULOUS
