How poor service this health centre has become. They just mess you around, and there are no appointments available to speak to a gp. They just tell you waterver, so you hang up the phone (if you are lucky to get through, they just eat crisps and have a cuppa and tummy scratches)

The automated phone service advises to go to websites for bookings while those do not work. The morning call routine is really stressful and antiquated, while I understand that pre bookings could result in wastefull no shows it would be good to have better system than phone waiting.
