A nice shop, a young lad downstairs was very considerate and polite to us on entering and helped us find the menswear section. Would definitely visit again.

Went with my granddaughter on Monday and was helped by this lovely young lady named reyma, she helped my our Lilly find the top she wants and helped to show us the door when we got lost, unforgettable memories

Did not let me pay by card on the Photo Booth apparently declined with insufficient funds but that?s absolutely not true I would have loved to go and that is one of the reason I specifically chose to go there for the photos booths although I loved the style but very unhappy!!! Quite a big shop, however prices are obscene. Saw a stack of hoodies, with the most gorgeous back graphic, but they were ALL bobbled? Every single hoodie. I still bought one but just keep this in mind.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Bought a pair of shorts for my daughter to take on holiday. First night she wore them the zip broke so we had to find a shop to get her something else to wear. On our return we took them back to the Liverpool store where we bought them from for an exchange. We were told without a receipt they couldn?t do this even though
(A) the goods were faulty so not fit for purpose
(B) I had the card transaction on my phone
The manager told us to ring customer service as it?s open 24/7 so we stood to one side of the till and called the number, Got a recorded message saying open 9-6 Monday to Friday.
Manager was adamant they couldn?t do anything in store and we would have to contact customer service so effectively absolving all responsibility and putting the onus on us to call customer service and deal with this ourselves.
I have my own shop and have worked in retail for over 40 years and know what the consumer rights act is with regards to faulty goods.
In the meantime we haven?t contacted their customer service as this should have been dealt with in store and have since had the shorts repaired.
Suffice to say we won?t be going back to an urban outfitters.

Visited today 11th November, was on my small mobility scooter,could not get around, could not reverse out of the lift due to furniture being to close, could not get to the till as no room for a turning circle. Disabled people still need to buy clothes, SORT IT OUT

Interesting shop, liked visiting here for my first time. An interesting range of styles within for men and women.Nice layout, friendly staff and larger lower and upper level with a variety of clothing styles all over.
