Rude rude rude! Door was open so popped head in with a smiley expression as wanted a tea before journey. My greeting was a grumpy woman shouting from behind the counter ?not yet not yet!? The effort involved in shouting this with an angry expression on her face was far more than a friendly ?sorry love we aren?t open yet?. Customer service at its best! NOT! I?m a local and it made me embarrassed that people from out of area would see this as Liverpool hospitality!

Bought a cheese & tomato baguette, baguette was rock hard, cheese sparse & dried up & a ton of mayo slapped on it, will not be using again!!!

Went for a quick snack and coffee and customer service and friendliness from kev was exceptional the food and coffee was lovely and tastie will definitely be back
