My boyfriend and myself went into this branch yesterday and my boyfriend ordered a new bank card. The young girl who dealt with my boyfriend couldn't get her computer to work properly so she had to get someone else to order the card. She took my boyfriend's card details and said it would be done later. My boyfriend went to check is account over the phone and it didn't give any details. So we had to go to the branch in Maghull to find out what had happened to the card. When we went to the branch the cashier said the card has been cancelled cos it had been reported lost or stolen. That's now left my boyfriend without his bank card on a bank holiday weekend. What a stupid girl that cashier was she knew the card wasn't lost or stolen so why cause us problems. These people want to concentrate on what they are doing cos it causes chaos for other people. I'm just glad I don't bank with this branch or bank when they have such incompetent staff like that .

Only one service counter and no service. Personal bankers all hiding in back offices.Don?t bother with TSB if you actually need to speak to someone!

My husband has just been to the Maghull branch only to find that there's is now only 1 cashier open the other 2 are closed permanently. The manager couldn't even explain why they other 2 were closed as there was plenty of staff walking around. He was waiting 30 mins to be seen. Very disappointed , are they trying to close this branch as well?

Needed assistance transferring funds. Isobel the Assistant Manager arranged speedy transfer and also set up savings account. Although branch has changed cosmetically the service remains high. Meet n Greet young lady, sorry didnt get name, was extremely courteous and apologised for wait ( didnt have apptmnt), and once again Isobel was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very good experience. ??

I attended this branch to enquire about opening an account, I found the staff to be extremely courteous and friendly and helpful so much so that I wasted no time in making it my local bank. Since then I have been very happy with the service I have received.

Machines never work with my card I ask for help and they tell me wa to do but still never works next time they even gave me new card and still never worked
