Booked a group trip with the team. Booked this all online and on the phone to a representative.Rebecca has been so helpful and patient with us. We've had lots of changes, but she ensured to help us out throughout the booking process. She also called us back if we needed some time to think about options. I've had a great experience booking our trip and will recommend you guys to friends and family.

This week we tried very hard to book a holiday through Trailfinders. I called the Liverpool number and after a long wait was put through to the Newcastle branch !?Having had a nice but fruitless conversation with an employee I tried calling again several times only to be told I was number 30, 45 etc. in the Q and would have a 20 or 40 min. wait for the next available consultant. No direct contact number or email was given out or any sort of personal service was offered and eventually we gave up. Shame as I had heard they were very good.

We always use trailfinders. They are always friendly and helpful. We booked a cruise and they helped with best cabin. We have booked a few holidays through them and have never been disappointed. Their knowledge and the advise they give is second to none.

What an experience from start to finish.First time and certainly not the last for us to visit this shop in Liverpool.We were looked after by Emelia Edwards.Very helpful, knowledgeable and plesant member of staff. She went the extra mile and beyond to find us an amazing holiday to Thailand.Everything went PERFECT, no hitches at all.The booking was made fuss free.All the documents and literature were excellently put together and easy steps to follow.Connecting flights, airports transfers to the minute and hotels were absolutely brilliant.
