Staff are very polite, the food is much better than Tobys in speke.
Turkey was moist, roast potatoes crispy. The only thing I would change is the gravy, needs to be a little thicker ?

Visited early Sunday evening having booked on line. It was very busy, quite a few people were eating in the bar area because the tables in the restaurant weren't available. The staff were very friendly and helpful but rushed off their feet. Food was tasty, lots of choice but a massive queue. The place needs a make over, very tired decor and stained seats. Cheap(ish) and cheerful but be prepared for a lot of noise.

Had dinner here today it was awfull the meat had a funny taste the mash was like wallpaper paste the veg was tasteless never again it's gone down hill in there even my grandson couldn't eat it walked out in the end we sat at a dirty table as did others and all for £57 disgraceful !!!?

Food was ok service was really poor and unprofessional from the floor staff. Staff keep on walking pass as we waited to be seated and just ignored us. The waiter kept on sitting down and talking to he mate and I had to tell him we wanted dessert after waiting about 15 minutes. we went in the afternoon so wasn?t busy to have much atmosphere

Doesn't offer a small meal for pensioners and asked if I could have a child's meal as I can't eat much and hate food waste but when I asked I was told that I couldn't order either small portion or child's meal...I am 67 and obviously disabled as in a wheelchair..the others enjoyed their meal but also disappointed with the fact that I couldn't order a specifically small meal.. I am mostly housebound so I usually enjoy a trip out to eat which is rare for me as most of my life is spent in the house...I didn't really want to leave feedback but decided to do so in hope that you can at least consider the above things I have spoken about

Only went because my wife wanted to go, I'm not really into carveries, I'd rather cook my own. Roasties were a bit cold, yorkshire pudding was nice, waited quite a bit on occasion for drinks. Other than that it was OK.

Seats were like bricks a hair was in my food the worker said that it cant be helped because it's an open buffet, Not anything as compensation ambiance is terrible a leak dripped water on the person sitting next to us never coming here again.

You seriously need to take some lessons from the Toby carvery in Aigbourough, they have this thing called heating.
Every meat was overcooked, the potatoes gave a feeling of reheated hash, the sprouts were so hard you could?ve used them to smash windows
The peas could be fired out of a BB gun and don?t get me started on the cheesecake, clearly supplied by the cheapest in the world supplier.

Food cold and overcooked I had veggie starter and main with carvery veg both were Rock solid and food looked like it had been there a while
Service was poor no clear instructions on how to Order etc and when and how to pay
Shame I have been to others and they were excellent
I won?t be coming again
