Went in there with my dog in a buggy. Came over from Ireland to do xmas shopping. I was told at the door no dogs allowed. It was in a buggy like what could it have done.
Read everywhere that liverpool 1 was dog friendly. Definitely not!!! I was very disappointed.

Bought a huddy for my mother inlaw as a xmas pressie but she passed away on Friday 13th . So i called the store explaining the circumstances I didnt have a receipt and was told if the tags were on on the garment I would be okfor a refund.only to going store to be told by some aragment manager I can't have my money back only a voucher to spend in store bloody liars

Very good choice and variety of cosmetics.One star taken because I think it needs redoing the shelves.Very chaotic sometimes, especially when busy.Upstairs as well as if top people tried to fit everything in one small box.To get between jackets. -impossible.TK maxx in LIVERPOOL NEEDS bigger building.I love shopping there but I won't go anymore to Liverpool,I prefer MANCHESTER branch.Otherwise shopping assistants nice and polite.
