Trying to get anything fixed is a hassle. Won?t help with issues in store. Talking over the phone is a nightmare. The app is a mess. Biggest mistake I made was signing on to a contract.

My son had an issue with a wrong purchase (which turned out to be from the other 3 store) We went to return the item on Monday,the staff and the manager went above and beyond in resolving the issue. Among the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Went in today to upgrade to an S24 Ultra and spoke to Shaun. He was very friendly and clearly valued me as a person and a customer. He was very polite and understood what it was I wanted, he made sure that I was happy with it and was extremely helpful. Top man Shaun!
