Avoid, avoid, you will find it very difficult to end a out of contract and will still get billed, can not cancel in store , online is not clear , call centre is overseas and will not give you confirmation of cancellation by email , if your out of contract 3 will still charge you and if you Inform cancellation by phone call 3 will seek to keep you in a contract and charge you , 3 expect to given 30 days to inform of cancellation however call centre will just keep saying yes your contract/bills are cancelled , you will keep getting billed however, if you cancel direct debit 3 will mark your credit rating and seek to recover instead of invoicing with a cancellation confirmation letter , I have had to go to ombudsman. Advice is to Look for a different provider.

Their policy for lending any device is too complicated and strict which is leading to impact and dissatisfied their existing customers which ultimately effecting the brand....

After struggling to set up my iwatch for several weeks I got recommended to visit this store. John the assistant manager completed the set up within a few minutes very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this store and John deserves a promotion ?. Thanks very much.

I want to give a huge thank you to Ole at the Liverpool One Three branch - I'd been having all kinds of trouble trying to order a 5G broadband hub online, but in just ten minutes flat, Ole sorted everything out, got me the new hub, and even inserted the sim card for me. All I had to do was go home and plug it in! An absolute star and super helpful. Thank you, Ole!

We are Australians traveling UK, needed help with our sims.
The store manager, Satish, served us, he was very patient as well as knowledgeable, and had us fixed up in under 10 minutes.
Highly recommended!
And we are very happy using the 3 sim for overseas travel.
Much cheaper and easier than Telstra on roaming.

Nope, just nope another new build that looks the same as the next about as much character as a Tesla cyber truck. Just cos it's new don't mean it's any good and from the new mini round about to the entry exit closer to the cemetery no real thought about traffic management
