Brilliant dentist I use through the NHS. Always polite and friendly, never had any problems here even when I've had to rearrange an appointment due to work commitments 10/10.

Kicked people off the books for not being able to attend during COVID. Rude staff. No leeway for rearranging as you will get strikes and threats to be kicked off the books. NHS patients are not appreciated and it feels like they do not want to have to deal with people who don?t pay privately. People are now left without dentists despite having been going here for a long time. This needs investigating

Rang up to book an appointment was told they can no longer see me and to ring around and look somewhere else? Very rude staff. Disgusted how they treat their private patients here.

Not good! Every filling she's done has come out. Work seemed rushed. Now need to find a new destist for fix the problems
