Worst customer service EVER in my 57 years.\\nI am awaiting a refund over 2 months . 18 calls later and ill from the stress and contradictions I was told.\\nI recorded many of the calls with failed promises of solutions and call backs and have emails and documentation where by they say they refunded to my bank account.\\nI was even on the phone to them 23rd Dec 2022 where they said it had gone into my account whilst I was on the call..I contacted my solicitors due to the unbelievable catalogue of lies and stress it was putting me under .\\nThey then said on 28th Dec 2021 they had sent a cheque . NO CHEQUE was sent .\\nThey then said on 4th Jan 2023 it had gone into my bank account . It had not .\\nOn call number 17 (all calls incidentally go to Cape Town) I was told it had gone via cheque on 11th January 2023 and it would take another 12 to 14 days but they sent to wrong address apparently so I was to get a call back today 13th January 2023.\\nNo call back came so I called again and on hold for another 30 min and no manager AGAIN to be found and she expected me to wait further. All were made aware I was recording calls .\\nI have spent days on the phone . I have screen shot the times .\\nMy solicitors will have to take this now as I'm worn down and they can seek costs and damages as we believe the evidence is all there for gross negligence and my consumer rights just literally disregarded .\\nAnd I might add that this does not include the catalogue of errors prior to the start of the alleged dispatch of my refund .\\nIncluding lost return item .\\nWaiting on courier\\nTold to drop item at post office .\\nLie after lie after excuse

Ordered 2 ovens. For some reason they are being delivered separately. One should have turned up this week, but when I checked on the website, it said that it had been returned. Waited an hour for someone to pick up the phone. They were unable to help and have now referred me to another department - with yet another wait. Chatbot is useless. Why can't there be an email service?

Ordered airfryer and it's stuck in limbo and nobody wants to help - chat bot needs closed as it does nothing - another modern company that probably gets swamped with complaints so their idea of dealing with complaints is to restrict contact hours and not answer the calls during the very limited times

Placed order and item is severely delayed by up to a month?? Ordered on the premise that item would be delivered the next day. No reason at all given by Very for the delay. No compensation has been offered from the company at all. I will not be shopping with Very again. I will tell as many people as possible not to shop here.

poor customer service.i have a Hisence american fridge freezer that was purchased 12/01/21 with a 2 year warrenty. over the past 6 months it has intermitantly been freezing food in the fridge.i rang Hisense who sent out their repair contractor "pacifica"engineer turned up and his diagnosis was that there is no fault,i am no expert but a frige that freezes food is not normal. he went on to say that the ambiant temp in my kitchen was above what the fridge was designed to work under...ie, up to +35 degrees, this in turn causes the flaps from the freezer to the fridge to open for longer resulting in it freezing my food.there is no way that my kitchen is above that temp, however on reading the tec data on my appliance, it states that the ambiant temp goes up to +45 degrees and not +35 as the engineer stated, the same engineer that put in his report that there was nothing wrong with it,so i am now on a merry go round between very group whom i bought it from and Hisence. Very do not even call me back when they promise they will.I will not go away as you probably wish i would untill between both well known companies you refund me in full and take this "NOT FAULTY" fridge freezer out of my home.Many many phone calls and they never call back, I am now following trading standards advice and guidance which if they still fail to respond to will result in county court action

Very useless indeed! Frankly one of the worst services I have ever experienced from an online retailer and I am deficiently reporting this to trading standards. Please avoid this dubious online website with a very long barge pole!!! When you place an online order -certain things might go wrong-delayed delivery, delivery to the wrong address, etc. How on earth do you explain delivering the wrong fridge freezer, with the wrong dimensions which obviously turns out not fit for purpose? I ordered an Indesit Fridge Freezer(Silver 2CT2729), Order Reference 614093895747 on the 29th of January,2021. I took extra precautions to ensure I got the dimensions I needed since this Fridge freezer, albeit free-standing, needed to slot into an allocated space in our newly refurbished kitchen. I sent a link of the order to my wife, and following a discussion, we settled for this brand. I received a phone call from Very.co.uk to check and confirm the order during which I was informed of possible delivery date of 9th February 2021. I received an e-mail, and established contact with Hotpoint Home Solutions who were arranging actual delivery, and was informed there was a slight change to Friday, February 12th.To ensure smooth delivery, as neither my wife nor myself would be around, I confirm access arrangements and paid extra for this appliance to be connected in addition to a removal option I had chosen for the old appliance. A day prior to delivery, I placed a call to Hotpoint Home solutions to confirm delivery, access arrangements, removal of old appliance and connection of new fridge freezer for which I was given the option of paying just over £10 extra. Having done all due diligence checks, I was therefore extremely disappointed and indeed shocked to discover on arrival at home later in the day that the new fridge freezer had simply being dumped-for want of a better word in the kitchen without being connected. Most annoyingly, no attempt was made to call me by Very.co,uk or Hotpoint Home Solutions to offer an explanation. I had to figure out myself why the fridge freezer was left unconnected-and then found that the fridge freezer was of completely wrong dimensions. I had ordered a 54.5cm(W) x 58cm(D) x 174cm(H) 50/50 fridge freezer but was sent a 59cm(W) x 65cm(D) x 178cm(H). How on earth does a company send a wrong product out? No one checks or what? Getting the product right is so basic and fundamental in any business and is rightly an expectation of every customer. No phone calls, no messages, or e-mail. What a way to treat a paying customer! And isn't it so infuriating when all you get when you call such a company is a begrudging apology and an offer of a refund? I took my time on this order, so I was so certain there had to have been an error somewhere. I decided to look at Very.co.uk 's review (wish I had done this before purchase), and found customers with similar experiences of wrong products being delivered. Seriously?! Please let's exercise our consumer rights, speak with your wallets, and do what seems right-put this frankly useless company where it belongs-out of business!

My wife ordered a tablet on 20th Nov, didnt arrive as expected by 25th. Since her brain injury over a year ago i am her authorised contact. Rang fastway, they said that they never picked it up to begin with. After making more than 10 calls lasting almost an hour a piece and costing me close to ?30 each, littlewoods are still saying they need to get the tablet back before they can issue the credit back to my wifes account, 4 different agents from god knows where told me completely different versions of "policies". 3 requests for call from manager have gone ignored. To top it all off my wife has a bunch of items in her basket that she cant get now because no one has sorted the issue, Littlewoods / Very are a joke of a company and should be ashamed of themselves.I have all calls recorded, I wonder if YouTube would allow me to put them up..........
