Food: Starter came and they were lovely, mains came ...... all hanging kebabs ordered had the wrong sauces on, they had mixed them up, luckily we noticed before pouring and managed to fix, they were lovely. Garlic Bread..... basically a sour dough pretzle with butter dip, says garlic butter but there was no taste of garlic at all, it was not nice at all. We didnt bother with desserts. Service: Waitress spilt drink slightlyon the main guest, said sorry and would come clean up but didnt. Then when ordering food she failed to mention about extra cost for things ie kebabs come with skinny fries, chunky chips etc but she failed to say Chunk chips were extra cost. Then when we got the bill we all worked out our shares and were shocked that there was a £20 service charge..... we asked for this to be removed and tipped what we thought was fair, the server also spilt food on the main guests coat when collecting the plates. Service just wasnt what it was when i first tried the place a few years back. Sadly its made me feel like i wont bother returning. Staff need to be a bit more polite and smile.

What an amazing time we had. I can't thank you enough for being able to fit all 10 of us in and even better we had two tables one for the kids and one for the adults.Food is amazing and the service was great.I have to say a massive personal thank you to Mason who was looking after us, he was great and was always willing to join in on the banter, he is a credit to your company.

Nice place with good food and service. One star off because of the Banoffee sundae; two scoops of ice cream, a quarter of a banana and some crumble stuck to the outside of the glass isn't worth the cost at all!

A dog friendly bar and restaurant (only allowed in the bar area). We had a couple of drinks here and a small bite to eat. The loaf of sourdough with garlic butter was very nice!Decor is very cool, children would have loved it!

Lovely venue but food is very overpriced for what was served All Kebabs were dry and not very hot I?d heard really good things but left very underwhelmed would not return. Service was ok

This has been a nice place to go to previously but service was dire from the start from a surly female server. Orders were taken well, we were served drinks/starters ok. We then waited over an hour for our mains to be served, several tables arrived after us but served before us etc. Staff ignored lots of attempts to gain attention. Obviously we?d been forgotten. Eventually we received our cold food, mine was no better than fast food, others agreed about cold food. Very poor service/cold food, so disappointing! The bill came, £30 for a rubbish bottle of wine, and a surcharge of £40 for service added!!! Rubbish visit, would not go back. Sadly, this used to be a favourite place, has really declined.

Lovely decor and atmosphere.Drinks are a bit pricey but your paying for the luxury of the place and being on the docks.

We enjoyed our visit and were lucky to get in. They were full, but someone had cancelled just before we went in. Service was fast, the staff were pleasant. The food was tasty, but the chicken hanging kebab portion was a lot smaller than it used to be.Vegetarian options: A reasonable choiceParking: Plenty of parking just a short walk away.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of kids were having a good time.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is OK , but it's a hood idea to book a table.

Brilliant venue with a good view of the docks. Unbelievable food, service and atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!

Service was nonexistent from when we go in there we had a table for 18 we sat there for twenty minutes before anybody came to us for a brinks we ended up getting up and going the bar then food came it wasn?t good I?d be better off going to weathspoons

Have to reduce food by 1 star, only as we all thought the green veg side order was far too small for the price. Other than that all good. Our Server was excellent and really made our visit more enjoyable. Cocktails were good.

We had a table reserved (way in advance) for a group, when we got there we weren't in the restaurant bit at the back, we were in a (cornered off) area near the bar. Felt a bit like we were an afterthought. Also the table was nearby the piano player, and bar so it was quite noisy and hard for us to have a conversation. We arrived on time but were told table wasn't cleaned yet so had to wait about 15 mins. When we sat down the table wasn't really that clean but we were hungry so ordered food. I didn't bother with a starter but wish I did as it took about 1hr15mins to send out the mains. I was absolutely starving, my hanging kebab was quite nice but not very filling, they also had no bread available which was disappointing. A lot of knives were missing so we had to ask the staff to provide us with some. We were only asked once (on arrival) for a drink order, otherwise we had to go up to the bar to order as no wait staff could be found. My friend had a different meal to the rest of us and it came out about 10mins after ours, awkward as I felt bad for her waiting when the rest of us were eating, when her meal turned up we'd all finished by then. It was her idea to come out too. We didn't bother with dessert in the end because it took so long for the orders and we needed to travel home. It was supposed to be a relaxing meal but tbh it was quite stressful constantly wondering when food/drink was going to turn up. The staff didn't seem bothered when we complained upon getting the bill, tbf they gave us money off our drinks. I wouldn't go here again as we were pretty much forgotten. Also the ladies toilets needed a clean. There was no toilet roll in the holders, just a pack outside the cubicles, so you ended up taking some off the roll and carrying it into the loo - a bit like you do in a crappy nightclub toilet. For the (high) price, you expect the experience to be a lot better.

We were visiting Liverpool with friends for a weekend of sightseeing and Christmas shopping. My wife picked the Smugglers pretty much at random for dinner on our first night, and we really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service. A special mention here to our server Ellie who is exactly the sort of person you want at your table: charming, efficient and friendly without ever falling into the trap of being over-attentive. You?re lucky to have her on your staff.
