Ordered a pint and a half of Moretti which came to £9. Gave the barperson a tenner. They automatically put my £1 change in the tip jar without my consent. I asked for it back. I normally tip but the staff member was surly.

Worst experience ever. Went to order food and no tables outside had numbers on. Described which table we were sat at and ordered and at the end asked the server, who was called Ste, to check the table to which he responded with a huff and swore under his breath. His attitude was disgraceful the entire time and everything seemed like too much trouble. Slammed a card machine down in front of me to pay and walked off in a huff. Horrible service from start to finish. We demanded a refund and left. Spoke to a gent called David who was the complete opposite and very apologetic. Won?t be returning. But Ste needs to consider finding a job other than hospitality (Maybe Cex) or a non customer facing role
