This hotel is of good size with many rooms and in the perfect spot for all you need from the amazing city of Liverpool. Very welcoming staff whom have always the time for you for anything you may need. I recommend The Liner Hotel for anyone who wish to come to Liverpool and need somewhere for a comfortable stay, five stars from me . Thanks from me and my family.

Nice themed hotel, comfy, good food but a bit noisy if you're in a bedroom backing on the station and prefer not to hear train announcements from 5.30am.Some improvements since my last stay like room refurb and bigger telly. Plus with an increase in hotel prices since Covid, this place is a better price than beforeStayed again. Not so good. Noisy heating pipes in winter kept me awake from 5am.

The hotel is conveniently located near to Lime Street Station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable although it was a little warm for my liking. Opening the window and turning the radiator soon sorted this out. Be wary that you will hear many announcements from the railway station of you have your window open.Breakfast was good. Self service on cold items such as pastries, cereal, yogurts and fruit and canteen style service on cooked breakfast. Table service for tea and coffee.Would definitely stay there again.Rooms: Very comfortable bed. No air conditioning and radiator was on high upon arrival.Food & drinks: Decent breakfast. Could be more variety on cold dishes but I wasn't disappointed.

Very convenient, very close to Lime Street Station! Personally, I like that it has a fridge and a bathtub, which is rare in the UK.It's really nice, except that it's a little noisy because it's too close to the station, the bed in the single type room is quite small, and the elevator is very slow.

Went there on a course, room was spotless, toilets were gleaming, really friendly staff ??Safety: Staff were always on hand to guide.Walkability: In the city centre, great starting point to the not to miss attractions and shops.Noteworthy details: I was on a first aid course, room was clean, tea and coffee was tasty and not like some other places, all in all a great venue for company courses.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are basic but are very clean, spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. I loved my stay here and would happily stay again. It is about 200 yards away from Liverpool Lime

Had pre theatre meal here. The food and service were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is definitely going to be my go to place for pre theatre meal.
