Slow service, got my order wrong even after waiting, zero communication. Spent over half an hour figuring out whether it was worth waiting for my soup. Asked for it three times at the counter, and it was ?on its way?. It was eventually mediocre.

Great cafe to stop and chill out after walking around the Beetles Story. Food and drink were reasonably priced for the type of venue. Themed and great atmosphere. Pinball machine was fun. We only had snacks but the food looked great. Coffee with one of the Beetles on was a nice touch. Lots of themed gifts to buy. You can visit the cafe if your not going to the museum.

Just enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea here with my momma for her birthday and food was absolutely beautiful finished off with lovely scone and tea ?

Was hoping for a Beatles image on my coffee- maybe cappuccinos only?? but I had to chuckle at my strawberry fields forever pancake stack - menu image showed actual strawberries but in reality just a drizzle of strawberry sauce?tasty but not quite living up to its ?name??atmosphere enjoyable!

Had a great time here with my husband and 2 kids. Charlie was especially helpful and caring with my children. Great establishment and would recommend. 5 stars.

The cappuccino was very good, and the atmosphere too but the service was very slow. It took long time to be ready and you have to go to the counter to get it as there is no table service, which is disappointing.

Fantastic atmosphere!
The café is located at the exit of the Beatles Story Museum visit, just before the Fab4 boutique.
Even the toilets are in the theme :)

We popped in for a late morning hot drink; a latte, and a hot chocolate. The service was good, the drinks were reasonably priced and were not small by any means. The serving staff were friendly and polite. Nothing to eat on this occasion, just drinks.Nicely furnished with a small stage area for live music ?.Very clean and tidy, with no tables with dead trays or cups or plates.Level 9 Google reviewer; 1,000 plus reviews, 1.5 million views and over 12,000 photos with over 45 million views and still going strong ?. Although I'm not enamoured with Google and their service at the moment ?????. They're inconsistent.Check out my other reviews ? ? ? ? ?.

I have always been a big fan of the Beatles and I used to collect special edition records and books that they had released in the 1970's. So I dropped into this splendid theme café. 'Can't buy me love' was playing on the music player and it reminded me that I had just mentioned the single music track Online.I had a brief chat with the friendly staff about the foresightedness of Lennon and McCartney's music. I was very impressed with this café which had its own unique Beatles themed menu and a memorabilia shop next door full of posters,T shirts,gifts etc

I LOVE the Beatles, it was my first time In Liverpool, it was nothing short of a once in a lifetime experience, go here and be amazed at the Beatles rise and fall from fame and fortune as friend, reminds me this one time I went to McDonald's and someone tried to died me for my barbecue sauce
