If you want to pay restaurant prices for fried dog food this is the place ,low grade pub food at top prices with dirty tables ,cutlery. Absolutely pathetic if you want o eat crap save 150 quid and go McDonald's.

I would totally avoid this restaurant. Me and my boyfriend came today at 9pm . Online it says you close at 10pm. We came in and we stood there for 10 minutes and the staff where stood around watching us and not coming to seat us so we left. We came back in at 9:15 because everywhere was closing this was our last option and when we came in another staff member a young girl came to us with a rude face and said we are closed now, which me and my partner thought was so so rude!!! We will never be returning to this restaurant again.

Such a great little restaurant, friendly welcoming staff, food was served really quickly and to a high standard! 10/10. Great atmosphere and good choice of the menu for food and drinks. Even gave me a takeaway box for the rest of my burger I didn't finish.

Shown to our table, but found the seats were a bit unclean. Waited around 5 min for a menu.
Would have been nice to be offered a drink while we chose our meal. Then after around 10 min, the waiter came back to take our order.
Chose our items, ribs & a burger, the wife said the ribs were ok, but I found the burger a bit dry, also 2 bottomless drinks, choice was Lemonade, Diet Coke or Pepsi Max. The wife said lemonade, & I said the Coke.
We got the bill, & he charged me for 3 bottles of Coke, when I questioned why he had charged me for 3 bottles of Coke & not free refills, he just said Coke wasn?t an option on the refills ???? anyone with a bit of common sense would of known what I wanted surly.
The manager was called, who wasn?t much help to be fair. He knocked 1 bottle off the bill, I wasn?t amused to be fair.
Won?t be returning to any of the TGI establishments again. Shame really, as we were having a great time in Liverpool.
This is just to let everyone know when ordering unlimited refills.

In Liverpool to celebrate my my friends birthday. Wanted to do something special. What a complete disaster. Cocktails that they don't have all ingredients to make it look as good as the picture. Don't even use the same glasses as shown. They looks very nice on the menu but reality was rubbish. My chicken burger was greasy even though it was grilled chicken. To top it off staff were extremely rude. The made waiter especially. In desperate need of customer service trainning. Would definitely not recommend. With the prices being high you expect so much better.

Sadly not the same as it used to be! Booked a table for 5.45pm, restaurant wasn?t busy but we were told that tables had overrun so there would be a small wait, no further communication until we were about to leave then miraculously we were seated (30 minutes later). Chairs in the booth were dirty and floor was littered with napkins and cutlery.
Ordered kids burger meal with garlic bread and fries, garlic bread had never seen garlic, it was just covered in black pepper. I asked where the healthy veg sticks were that are listed on the menu but told they don?t offer them any more.
I had the smashed chicken burger which was burnt on the outside and was actually black and beyond any rescuing with sauce (also missing the garnishes listed on the menu). Husbands smashed burger was mediocre, both burgers were not worth nearly £20 each!
The chipotle mac n cheese was okay but didn?t get any chipotle flavour at all.
Service was okay but not what I?d call welcoming or friendly. Due to the delay in getting seated and slow arrival of simple food it cost me an extra £5 in parking!
We won?t be back!

I attended here with my children last week. We stood at the entrance for a good ten mins waiting to be seated eventually someone came over and sat us down. It was freezing. The table was sticky. Menus dirty. I ordered nachos they came within a min later. They had obviously been sat out for ages. Mixture between Hard, soggy and cold and the sauce had dried up. We then waited an hour for our food to arrive. I asked a waitress if she could find out where the food was she said she was busy (cleaning tables) and she would ask when she could. Then proceeded to serve other customers.
When the food arrived
It was awful. Not edible. Chicken was an awful colour it was soggy. My lettuce was brown and bun was rock hard. All meals the same. I told the server and he said he could change it but I?d be waiting ages and It?ll probably be the same as it had just been cooked fresh.so it was a case of eat up and shut up. I could not eat it. Neither could my children so we left. I didn?t pay for the food as we hadn?t ate it and the manager was shaking her head when the waiter was telling her I wouldn?t be paying. I explained I?d pay for our drinks and the nachos cos we had ate them. The young server was apologetic but he didn?t really know what to do and no input from the manager. One of the worse dining experiences I have had.

We ate here today food was nice crap service man was so rude slammed our food on the table said nothing not even ask if we wanted anything else no cutlery had to go ask for them
No check back to see if our food was ok just pure rude

The table I told my husband not to tip him but he did doesn?t deserve it? we just left money on the table and went disgusting behaviour

Where to start with this review! Haven't been to TGI Fridays for a while now so thought we would give it another go after a bad experience at a different branch.
No menus outside like the other restaurants in the area. Turns out this is because if you saw the prices before you go in you'd walk straight past.
Haven't seen prices this high anywhere. Decided not to get starters because the mains were so expensive!
Cheapest burger was £19!I opted for this and it was really disappointing. The smash burgers inside were overdone and had no flavour. Portion size was awful. You get bigger and better burgers in Burger king for half the price.
Partner wanted a vegan burger but they had none left. I got my little boy a meal with garlic bread as a side and it was cold and hard. He actually hurt his front tooth biting into it.
Staff were friendly enough but the whole experience was depressing. If I'm paying ridiculous prices for food I want to at least enjoy nice food that's hot and filling. Oh and not sure why it was lit so badly inside. Struggled to read the menu and had to use the torch on my phone! With so much competition at Liverpool 1 for business I'm surprised TGI Fridays is still open.
Vegetarian options: Not much choice for veggies.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons and pictures to colour in.
