Only visited the store a few times, but the staff are really friendly and helpful and the store is really tidy. I shop at Tesco a lot and this is one of the good stores.?

It's a great and convenient service if you just want a few items and can't get out, but if there's items missing you can't just email you have to phone a call centre and wait forever to report it so its not worth it and you end up leaving it. Except in my case there's always at least one item missing and it adds up. Maybe that's how they make extra money as if they do it to everyone that's quite a hefty sum.

Like all other TEs a good selection of products but not as much as main stores, good fast service and a small parking area, has staff service and self service.

I went in to tesco about 45 minutes at the time of writing this post and my bank card had been declined and the tesco worker who i don't know the name of was being a bit argumentative towards me and its not the first time this has happened to me with the same worker

Andy and Brandon went above and beyond this evening. They ensured my failed Whoosh delivery was personally delivered. Exceptional customer service, especially as am relatively house bound with a broken leg. Thanks to both of you and tesco Mill Lane...I have faith in human kindness.
