This is for the Costa at the front of the store. Great coffee and clean. Unfortunately, Jan had a bit of an attitude when I ordered my coffee and literally rolled her eyes and tutted. Bad customer service...shame on you, Jan!!

Appalling and disgusting customer service.
I went today before 9 pm and there was nobody at the desk. It should have been open till 9 pm. I returned 10 minutes later, it was 8.50 pm and someone at customer service was assisting a customer, so I joined to be assisted and she refused to do it. So, it seems that there are first class customers and second class customers ....
Really disgusting, discriminatory, Appalling.

Plenty of parking good prices if you have a Clubcard I haven't been for a while I was overcharged cashier scanned things twice and I only noticed when back at the car got petrol on the way out seemed a good price
