Had a lovely experience today enjoyed a quick cup of tea in the new cafe which has been renovated lovely staff there as we walked in a lady we see often was dressed as a christmas tree she always gives it her all and makes a big effort ?

Banned a person after they demanded to see receipt, shown receipt and got banned!! They spk to you how they like but if you give it back they then ban you ... Someone called Mike claimed to be a manager yet he wasn't (another member of staff told me he is just a team leader)... Security refused to give name which is unacceptable and they must give name on SIA badge .. utterly disgusting

Opening hours are not corect, at least Fridays. It's 06:50 ,I'm front tesco but but shutters are down.

Please note this doesn't open at 6am. Opening times are wrong also on tesco website. A solid waste of my time.
