From Yorkshire visiting Liverpool.
Called in here and made the near fatal mistake of asking the security guard if they had sold out of the Sun newspaper.
Wow! the way he ranted at me, calling the Sun a scum newspaper telling me I won't find a copy of it in Liverpool, blah blah blah!
I get it fella , but a simple, 'no mate we don't sell it here", would have been enough.
I ended up leaving the store and didn't bother buying the other things I went in for. Good work Tesco, 101 on how to lose a customer. Hope your other stores are friendlier.

Wouldn't go near here again, only came here to buy a drink but got watched by s security guard constantly like I was some thief, didn't feel comfortable one bit, he watched me even buy the drink. As I left, he still came outside and watched me. Defo avoid this shop. Felt like i was discriminated to be a thief in the shop.

Staff are so rude and make you feel uncomfortable asking for help. Been in here twice now asking for help this week and both times the staff have been really rude and unfriendly.
