This store is alright and some staff are sound and it?s a nice little store but some staff can be rude there and this shop always gets busy during this week during to university students and this is a squishy place and it?s hard to navigate the crowds and I have claustrophobia

Disappointing Tesco branch. Half of the time they have either closed early or are starting very late (like five hours late) when you can clearly see they have the staff inside the store. To whoever is the regional manager, this store is underperforming and you should either close it and sack the staff or train them on basic customer service. They are lazy and extremely negative to every customer, the whole queue was held up the other night as one of your employees was arguing with a customer and I cannot count the number of times they've not been open during the opening hours (and they are sitting in the store on their phones). To the staff: get a work ethic, be accountable, learn about customer service and if you don't like your job quit and do something else - we haven't asked you to work in Tesco, YOU have chosen to work there in return for a wage, and YOU need to stop acting entitled because sometimes in life you need to knuckle down and work hard (a concept which I'm sure is lost amongst your circle of friends)

it's alright when it's open. For the last few weeks unstaffed and had a sign on the door saying it's closed when it's obvious there are enough people in there to open to shop up. This was at like 9pm and they close at midnight too. Ridiculous. If you can't be open at certain times then change Google maps on the times it says on your website. You are loosing money and valuable customers. If I go to sainsbury's I can guarantee they will be open when they say they are

As a 1st time visitor to Liverpool and our closest shop for where we were staying we were really disappointed in the experience in this branch. It was very messy and cluttered with deliveries not being worked. Security guard sitting on phone. You really are hard pushed to get the basics in this shop. As a side note there was only 1 visible member of Tesco staff visible. Ironically we witnessed shoplifters openly helping themselfs to the freshfood. Come on Tesco get a grip of this shop! NOT accessible to disabled staff due to the clutter of cages of stock and stairs.

The staff are always helpful and nice, but often it seems understaffed for the amount of foot traffic, and also I often bring my baby, and the lift never works, and there is almost always a cage in front of the lift, which is actually a hazard. It's very convenient for me as it's close by, but it could be managed better.
