This Tesco Express shop is fantastic if you?re looking for an easy quick shop to grab some groceries and much more! I popped in on a late Wednesday night as i had forgotten to get some milk and coffee, I asked one of the colleagues for some help and this young gentleman called Liam with the most polite manner and tone towards me helped me find what I was looking for, he then guided me to the till and said he will serve me and he asked me to pass him my bag so he can do the packing for me which was such a nice gesture from him! he engaged in a conversation with me about recommendations on places to eat while I was in liverpool, great communication and professionalism from the young man and I wish I could thank him again for making my experience great, definitely visiting again in the future!

Staff are so unprofessional and can?t be bothered.. they gave me one of the most shocking customer experiences in my life tonight and even though it?s my local supermarket me or my family and friends are not going to step a foot in there ever again.

This Tesco is a fantastic spot, located in a prime area close to hotels and the riverside. It's ideal for grabbing a quick bite with a wide range of fast food options and convenient meals. Being near popular areas, it's bustling yet not overcrowded, and the security presence adds a sense of safety. The staff are incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth experience whether you're ordering or paying. I've visited a few times and found it to be a pleasant and efficient experience each visit.

Good location and decent range of products for an Express store but a shame the staff have seemingly abandoned any sense of customer service or even general friendliness. If you require a bag, cutlery, a receipt (or any sort of pleasant human interaction) I'd lower your expectations......

Went in around half six on 6th November, and three staff members, two girls one boy were having a competition as to who could scream the highest note while leaning over soft drinks to be stocked in the first isle, oblivious to people trying to get past or buy things.
