This store is not the best store going. Some security guard is abit rude and angry and everytime I call in this store he seems abit angry sometimes and I do feel quite uncomfortable when I call in this store and I have earning difficulties too. Also some staff can be rude but some are alright too

OMG just arrived in Liverpool and went into this store. The security / Gorilla on the door needs some anger management! Not a good impression for the store. 7/1/25 I won't be going in again. Horrible little man. Not every customer can be a problem.

Girl with glasses is a jobsworth, never left my stuff in Tesco and walked out before until today, will avoid this tesco in future.

Staff is nice but one security guard in particular ( really obesse one) is outrageous!!! Rude to the bullying point, unprofessional and should not be in customer facing role. I went shopping today and had a bulk of things in my basket. When I went to the till to pay, he snatched all the shopping bags thrown them in the corner on the dirty floor, shouting no bags this is for tomorrow, leaving several shoppers without any. When challenged he was further rude. This particular shop has really bad customer rating as it is. I will avoid it from now on and will advise everyone to do the same. I work in customer facing role myself and can't comprehend this kind of behaviour. Disgusting

AVOID THIS PARTICULAR TESCO EXPRESS, use the Old Hall Street Tesco instead! This Dale Street one is always full of scallies and dodgy people, and it?s proper scruffy/dirty in there. On top of that, it?s unreliable for postal service. I Brought a parcel to Return via Evri, the man at the counter told me to print a label at the machine. So I go over to it but it?s half folded away. Apparently, the machine is broke, and has been for at least a year according to my mates. the dodgy looking security lad just gawked/mouth-breathed at me with a sardonic expression, while I was tryna figure it out. I asked him, ?any idea how this is meant to work, mate?? He said nothing, came over and folded the screen down, then waddled away. I continued trying to work it out, until five minutes later of messing with it, another older security feller lazily shouted over his shoulder: ??doesn?t work that, lad?.
#1 why is it ?out of service? for over a year? Seriously, what is the managers problem?
#2 why don?t the staff at the till know to say it?s broke?
#3 in a whole year, why has management not cared to stick a sign on it saying, ?out of service?? You know, a basic common courtesy to not further waste people?s time? They clearly don?t give a stuff about how many people their negligence inconveniences.
#4 Why does it appear online as an option for parcel drop-offs, if it?s literally never working? Is it to blag to upper management that it?s working, or something?
#5 why do the security have zero social skills? So unnecessarily curt/rude and unprofessional, and they come across as more dodgy than the concentration of scally customers who seem to favour this run-down Tesco (probably due to its unfortunate proximity to Stanley Street, famously full of dodgy scruffs)

It is 7 am in the morning. Today is 8th of march. When i ask for coffee cups their answer was ?"The coffee cup will not arrive today". Honestly this is not first time. I came last week aswell it was 8-9 pm and there was no milk in machine. Noone take responsibility in this shop. @tesco why you keep open this shop then?

I have just been in your Tesco store I am 36 been in their loads of times considering I live facing ..I was refused purchased of vodka ..all because my niece was with me . Even though I was buying it ..then to get confronted by a male staff saying he hasn't seen my face considering the Asian woman behind the counter has served me all the time ..what a disgrace ..
