Staff are so rude of a night, 4 staff in between 10-11 and one couldn?t even be bothered to answer my question, one talking about ?smacking a kid but not can?t because it?s not his? to the point where i didn?t even scan my clubcard and paid more than i should of because i didn?t want to stay any longer, awful service

Staff have no respect for people collecting surplus food for charity. They give to anybody without checking who it is assigned to and cause others wasted time and fuel. Attitude of the store manager is a disgrace. They couldn't care less. Lazy attitude.

Really poor customer service. Staff not very helpful and they are advertised as an evri drop off and collection. The printer is never working though and couldn?t even collect a parcel today as the staff hadn?t charged the hand held device. I?m going to Morrisons in future!

It's convenient and perfect on a Sunday out of hours of other shops. The shelving spaces for some of the chocolate are ridiculous and when I asked a member of staff why it's so cramped, they said 'to stop people robbing them', but it's stopping people buying them as well!
