Just been in to see if I had any outstanding prescriptions wasn?t busy at all and got spoken to like I didn?t belong there. Changed my nomination and would recommend you do the same

Bad service,
Waiting for days to collect my prescription and l went to collect it ,waiting them in the first one in the queue for 20 mins then they said come tomorrow .
Two days later l went to collect to ,they said not ready yet.
I complained them to the customer service who accompanied me to the pharmacy manager.l told him the problem,he smiley said we have loads of work without apology.
Very bad service and bad staff not respecting patients suffering

Absolutely fantastic staff had so much hassle trying to get my toddlers medication and having it electronically sent from one pharmacy and been told my many they dont have it and cant get it made it so upsetting but the amazing staff at tesco pharmacy mather Avenue were so so helpful and had the medication and sorted it for me straight away thank you so much everyone for all your help I really appreciate it all it took was a phone call and a pick up such polite and very helpful staff.Best wishesPauline Germani.
