The staff at Tesco pharmacy are brilliant, seen some really awful people picking up prescriptions, blaming the staff for the shortcomings of their GPs, always friendly, always polite, , sometimes there is a question, repeat prescription always ready, highly recommended, recently I seem to be getting served by a nice lady called Angela, she is very patient and polite,

I just wanted to say , thank you so much to the staff today, for processing my prescription so quickly. After two stressful days at Allied Pharmacy trying to collect my prescription, what a carry on! I will now be collecting my prescriptions from here, from now on! Thanks again.

Main issue is with process. Glad to see they took my advice to separate up prescription and over the counter but yesterday i arrived 5 minutes before opening for antibiotics (so invasive my face is visually swollen) and was told i would need to join the end of a queue of 5 people to buy some painkillers! I was told to go to customer service to make a complaint. Customer service said go online. Still can?t find the details, service could be improved with reviews of process.

Had the best customer service from a very helpful,friendly young man called Ciaron(apologies if incorrect spelling)I asked him on the off-chance if a prescription item I had been struggling to get was available there, he immediately checked my prescription details on my phone went into stock area and my prescription was bagged and in my hand in less than 5mins, best service ever had in any pharmacy, thank you Ciaron you made my day and are a credit to the store

Terrible pharmacy which shouldn?t stay in the NHS referral system. Called my GP this morning and they referred me to the pharmacy which I visited. Waited over 10 minutes for the pharmacist to come back and asked what I want. Said that I was referred by GP for my irritated eye. He then walked straight in back behind the shelf, never asking what?s the problem or had any check on me. Then a girl walked out with an eye drop for me so I asked what?s that for? The said it?s for something totally irrelevant to my symptoms. I was like WHAT??? Described my problem to the girl who then spoke to the pharmacist, but she came back told me I need to go to walk-in as he can?t deal with.
Wasted me 30 minutes waiting for him who never asked about symptoms or made any visual check but sent the patient away directly, so really think he should stay out of the referral system.

Absolute shambles .. management need to take finger out and sort what is a complete mess.. q up for hour , then told to come back in 20 / 30 mins , then when you do your waiting for another hour etc .. This is a regular thing every month ..don't know why the staff would say 20 mins , when it's more like 45 mins / 60 mins ...Today when I asked how long more would I be waiting as I couldn't wait much longer , the person didn't believe I was waiting that long ...unbelievable attitude. I do feel sorry for the staff as their under real pressure and its obviously stressful, and most are helpful although a couple not so much ...The buck stops with the management here ..After today I'll be changing pharmacy

When you?re told the full prescription would be ready the next day PM and you get 1 from 4 items. That is poor.
Their are numerous posters about respecting the staff, how about respect for your customers sadly missing.

Absolutely hopeless, I have been referred by my GP to have an assessment for anti biotics at teh pharmacy and I've been telephoning since yesterday afternoon to arrange my appointment to be issued them. I've been calling all morning and still no answer it either rings out or gets canceled on their end. Meanwhile I can feel my infection spreading through my immune system. This isn't the first time with this pharmacy, numerous occasions I've tried to telephone to enquire if my prescriptions are ready to be collected. I have mild agoraphobia and need to ready myself for leaving the house I can just do it in a whim and i need to know my journey won't be in vain. It's beyond inconvenient. This is people's medication that's affected, people get ill if they don't receive their medicine and I'm appalled at how impossible it is to speak to the pharmacy team. It needs sorting out ASAP before someone takes a bad turn because of understaffing and un answered Quieries.

Ridiculous that they keep taking on extra surgeries' patients when they quite clearly cant cope with the ones they have. The staff are always polite but ineffectual. Not had some meds for over 2 months. Queues are ridiculously long and slow. For the love of god get some more staff to speed things along. When you are ill you dont want to have to wait 4 days for a 'script and stand in a queue for 45 minutes to be told its not in anyway.

Put in prescription on Tuesday, 1 item was out of stock. Now Friday and still haven't got it in stock. Won't let me go anywhere else because had already dispensed other items on prescription. Will not /cannot say when they will receive it. If you need your medication to function, do not use this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy literally, never have stock in wait for ages and they really don't care , I'm astonished it'd still going I have never seen anythin like it before a absolute joke this one , stay away x plus they never answer the phone , unbelievable x
