They enjoy giving lazy service, doing minimal effort. Asked for cough syrup to ease a cough that has kept my partner up all night, cost £9. Of course I wanted to buy the most appropriate product, yet they couldn?t be bothered & made me felt as a troublesome/ fussy.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. My 18 year old daughter just moved to UK for college and has a thyroid condition. She ran out of medication and we got her Irish script sent over. Please bare in mind my daughter is in a new country and is a teenager. She was told the Irish script would be fine. She went to Tesco pharmacy after college and called me in floods of tears because the pharmacist was so rude to her and spoke to her like she was stupid. I understand she may not have been able to give the medication but it seems she does not have one drop of kindness in her. I'm not surprised at all the bad reviews

No pharmacies seem to stock over the counter migraine medication or accept NHS referrals which I can see elsewhere. Not helpful at all, surely it?s a common ailment people need to have medication for.

Got my Flu Jab at the Chemist in store here (it's free for over 65's). Katie (the Pharmacist) was fabulous! She gave me all the information I needed, answered all my questions, made me feel completely at ease - she's such a lovely lady, you feel relaxed with her anyway ?. And the Jab was painless! - the most important part! ?. Thank you, Katie, for a Wonderful service. I strongly recommend anyone from the Park Rd area go here for your Flu Jab. X

Staff are super heroes getting people?s prescriptions ready in a timely manner given the current state of the NHS. Always a friendly smile as well, which makes it easier. Rachel and Lesley in particular are stars.

Had a few hiccups in the past with missing meds unhelpful staff etc...so much so I left to use a different supplier until eventually they closed down leaving me with tesco pharm or a car trip further away to another chemist......gave tesco another chance and the difference is night and day really...staff are superb never wait very long at all to be served always very helpful suggesting over counter meds etc...get a handy txt message now to my mobile when my monthly meds are ready and thats made things now even more easier to sort.....I dunno what happened in the past but this tesco has pulled up its socks and listened to how things change

Lovely pharmacy and so helpful. When they see my carer coming, they get my big bag of meds ready for her. Always chatty and friendly and so knowledgeable. They?ve been my regular pharmacy for years and have made the effort to get to know all of my different carers so there are never any issues when picking up medications (included several controlled drugs).

Katie the ??pharmacist?? WOW shocking hated by the staff in tesco customers and ME she refuses to do care of the chemist even tho the nhs obliges them is point blank rude empty chemist will sit there and say 2 hours or go elsewhere even has the cheek to question why u need ur prescription like u havent already seen a doctor all u hear in the shop is how bad the chemist is make errors on ur meds so she doesnt like me coz i called her out on it staff in there are LOVELY but thers nothing they can do while she stays ther Avoid avoid avoid 5min walk away Bounce Chemist best one in the area will always help you with any problem and have a prescription done quicktime if u must go to tesco i would advise to have plenty of spare time check ur prescription then check whats in the bag rlly tho infront of them they would be laughable if it wasnt literally Lethal go in for cream and antihistamines u will need painkillers and antidepressants after dealing with them no joke dont know who gave her the job but the young girls working for her nothing atall bad to say about them u can tell theyre trying ther best
