My late mum was with Support at Home for the last 2 years of her life after having terrible care from Premier for too many years.SAH were a breath of fresh air. From the wonderful team in the office to the caring team that came out to care for my mum.I could name every single one of the team who shown professionalism, care and even love towards my mum, the team are wonderful.Even in the last few weeks of my mums life and she wasn't very pleasant to them, they still shown that commitment and promise to her and to my family.On the evening of Mum's death I was with 2 of the carers and even though both carers were both quite young, they shown so much maturity and gave me so much support, I will remember this kindness for a long time.If anyone has any questions or concerns before using this care company, have a chat with the team in the office, speak to the carers and look at the reviews on here.

Working for support at home was the best decision I made.Not only did I receive fantastic, informative training alongside ongoing training but I also gained a new family!The manager,office staff, colleagues and clients are all a pleasure to work with and I Couldn?t imagine working anywhere else..Brilliant, well lead,caring,compassionate company!!

If anyone is looking for home help, I recommend this company ?. They treat my mum as if she is family, my mum has dementia and Can be hard work but they are caring, professional and very reliable. Could not ask for more from them.
