There was a blond young girl working on the pharmacy today 21st of May at around 15:00 ish, I think her name was Ava. Absolute angel, super kind and polite. She helped me and she made sure I had the right information. On the tills there was a skinny tall young man who was also really polite and kind (and very fast).

I was served on the tills by a lovely young girl. The receipt said her name was Millie B, she offered me some amazing bargains on the till and advised me to pick up another tub of vitamins so I?d get the 3 for 2 offer. She helped me set up a membership card which will be utilised in the future. Great products, great deals and great service !

This shop is absolutely disgusting, accusing me and another boy for robbing when we never. Jumping out on us, grabbing us, shouting in our face. I picked something up and put it back. Targeting the young people?????

This was my first time purchasing from them, and I was truly impressed! The customer service was amazing?the lady assisting me stayed with me until I found all the items I needed.
They offer a massive variety of skincare, body care, and hair care products, including creams, lotions, and more. The selection is incredible, and the overall experience was fantastic.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality body and skincare products. A wonderful shopping experience from start to finish!

The shop was very busy as it always is, however the staff were kind to every customer they served. I was served on the tills further down by a lovely Irish girl, she reminded me that I could use my student discount. Really friendly staff!!

I never had problems before, service is excellent. It was just a recent experience with a cashier named Grace. She was very impatient and not so customer friendly. I do understand she is tired working all day, but it's not a reason to be rude to customers who are trying to be nice. She barely acknowledged me, avoided eye contact, and used inappropriate words with staff in front of me.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Superdrug. The cashier overcharged me by double scanning an item, and when I questioned it, they dismissed me outright. After checking my receipt and realizing the mistake, I politely asked for it to be corrected and apologized repeatedly, but they treated me like an inconvenience. They avoided eye contact, barely acknowledged me, and continued chatting with staff instead of addressing the issue. It made me feel extremely awkward and unwelcome. Really poor customer service.

Why are the staff ALWAYS chatting to each other on the head set while serving customers? Waiting to get served staff member just stares at me so I walk to till and I said hi no response, starts chatting to other staff on headset, I then pay for items and say bye and she stares at me with a dirty look urgh rude!
