I visited this place twice recently. Staffs are really rude especially at the till. Not even a ?thank you? when I was leaving and the staff just ignored when I said thank you. The staff didn?t even asked me if I need a bag. Worst customer service I have ever seen !!!!!

Treated like criminal for trying a TESTER that said TESTER- Customer service in here is shocking, staff need to be addressed, so sad after working for Next training staff in customer service for 8 years to see staff treating people like this ! The staff member Alex had no skills nor eloquence, honestly will never buy anything from here again! Staff NEED TO DO BETTER shocking!
