The packaging was not secure properly with a very loose sticky label over bag leaving my sandwich at risk of tampering or contamination before being delivered.

I popped in yesterday 01/03/24 to get a sandwich and was served by Joe.
The shop was clean, my meal deal was lovely and I really enjoyed it. I'm glad that the honey oat bread is back again because it's my favourite. My usual sandwich is honey oat with bacon, toasted then add southwest sauce.
Anyway, the reason for my review today is Joe, they are an asset to this store. I'm not the ideal customer, I really struggle making choices (even though my order is always the same) and my anxiety is terrible. However, Joe showed excellent customer service and patience. Their calmness really made my purchase so much easier.

ordered this through uber eats at 7:20pm as it stated opening hours until 8pm, was wondering what was going on as i had numerous different drivers only to be told that the shop was CLOSED when they got there, still took my bloody money like. disgraceful, if i could give 0 stars i

Just order a single chicken tikka salad didn?t make it a meal or anything, and they charged me £10! There was hardly any salad in it.

Thrown together sandwiches. Cross contamination by touching meat and cheese and salad when they didn't have to. Shop was messy and dirty. Rude blonde woman more concerned with having a personal chat than serve . Definitely gone downhill

The blonde lady serving was very unfriendly and unhelpful.She made the experience uncomfortable as there was no need for her rude manner.Even not replying when we said thankyou and goodbye as we left.The wrap was thrown together too.We won?t be going back there

Service was speedy by brilliant staff, lovely place to stop and break for lunch, tasty sandwich as always, the staff asked what to we wanted on it and what type of bread did we prefer. What's not to like.?
