She's check the batch after we reported the issue and she simply said the rest of the batch looked find.
Stay clear of this store if you value your health.

When reported in store the lady simple said the other ones look fine.....She should have disposed of the entire batch.

Awful ordered two toasted sandwiches. Didn?t come toasted and salad I didn?t order was put on and salad I did order wasn?t. Baffled at how bad at your job you could be.

No atmosphere rude unhelpful girl / lady on the till red hair in a bun did not seem to like her job asked for my order which I gave service rushed which then proceeded to me getting my order mixed up yelled to the guy in the back as obviously I was taking to long to order what happened to customer service ??? I took my mixed up order and didn't want to rectify as her attitude stunk it was my fault if I had not felt rushed, it would not of happened and I think i was overcharged too and when I was leaving a lady sitting down must have had the same experience she looked like I did shocked I love a Subway unfortunately not at this one never again staff need customer service training or get a new job .

I would not recommend this place at all, my food was made fine and the staff member that served me was very polite, but he was in his own once again, I usually would get a subway as a snack after work or even during but the last few time I have been it?s been the same staff member there and he?s always alone, he always seems stressed out due to how busy the store is and the little support there is, it?s not just him though I?ve seen another girl there alone but she always has a headphone in and isn?t as polite as the other staff in the store, never the less she?s alone.

I was told its take out only at this branch this evening. I asked is it because there was only one member of staff on duty? The young girl serving said there is only ever one person on duty. After struggling to park, it was quite irritating to not get some food but I was not prepared to eat in my car. I wont be returning to this branch. Why do Subway insist on leaving one person in charge at various branches?

The sales assistant was a very young girl very abrupt in her manner. I ordered a breekwhich with hash browns, unfortunately the hash browns were still cold they replaced the hash browns with roasting hot ones. The toilets are always broke in this subway and staff are rather cold and uncaring.

Just your standard Subway sub shop. The shop is mainly operated by Hunter foods as a place for trainees to learn and get their bearings. Overall there is quite a nice and friendly atmosphere when you enter the building and the facility is very nice and clean.

Terrible customer service. Staff rude , rough and doesn't have a clue what they' re doing. Doesn't know how to make or serve a simple sandwich. Stay away.

I've to submit this review. I live in Garston, and this is the best Subway near me! There are also 3 Subway what is really close, but this one is the best!!!! :) Always on time, never have issue with the order or anything, the driver was also nice :) Thank you so much for your hard work, will order only from this place. With Liverpool on the menu, no food outlet is safe from food critics, highstreet giants subway is a mixed bag of joy & disappointments, like its burger brothers BK & Mc around the country, though subway delivers on its standard in fast food quality its norm UK highstreet pricing & the taste factor that brings us into a sub outlet. Sadly we see the failure in the consistency of each sub, primarily due to who you get serving you. We ordered multiple subs from tuna, Italian BMTs to steak with sides, the standard 4 Scoop on a foot long is what you expect but we asked for 4 salad options, we expect a pallet of colour & some bulk for the buck but this was not the case, a skinny sub is what we got, bits of salad you could count on 1 hand like the server was scaredto dig deep into the goodness & deliver us an epic chewie amount.... a shame but this is a classic case of the masterpiece didn't happen this time...we will be back soon.
