Shocking from the lad behind the counter , didn?t say a word acted as if we where an issue throwing gloves and not even bothering to cut the sandwich and then hid in the back when I went to ask about it . Shocking wouldn?t waste your money here

Staff incompetent and uncaring at best, very inattentive and was incredibly hard to get their attention. Food was of subpar quality and prepared with little care or effort, my toasted sandwich was served cold whilst I was still in the restaurant, and another sandwich I ordered didn't come toasted despite my request. Very unhappy, this subway branch has lost a customer.

No care to delivery riders.
When I arrived at the shop, before checking the order they asked how long would take it (15 minutes).
Instead of 2-3 minutes, the lady spent 10 minutes and didn't do anything while I was waiting in front of her. (2nd of November, 5 AM)
Most of the riders are scared of this shop because of the long time waiting for the pickup of the order.
As a well-renowned business in the UK, they should respect and be friendly with riders because we are part of the business. Hopefully, the business management team will look into the matter.

Horrible experience here. Woman with yellow hair and block fringe was extremely rude. Made me never want to return to the franchise. Saving grace was kind cashier, but overall a horrible experience .

Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unpleasant atmosphere and very rude staff. Will not be returning, a spoiled end to a nice evening after entering this establishment.

I went today in the subway at 5.30am and the employed was rude and don't wanted to serve out, what is shame because they open until 6am.

Far to hot and the doughnuts have gone hard. Chicken tikka sub great and cappuccino spot on. But it's like an oven, the poor staff must be suffering in that heat ?..

Lunch time service was excruciatingly slow, only 2 staff on and one of them seemed to be a new start. Spent 25 mins of my 30 mins lunch break in there waiting to be served, will avoid in future.

Really disappointed with the service, I had placed an order for a pickup of 2 separate foot longs and specifically mentioned the toppings in the order in caps - yet she put the wrong toppings in the sandwich.Moreover, the store was out of cucumber and pickles which I got to know during the pickup, felt like what's the point of paying you £7 for a footlong if you can't even make it properly and with ALL the mentioned toppings. They could've mentioned it online that some toppings are not available, I wouldn't even have placed the order.Such a waste of money and awful service from this store. Never ordering it from here ever again.

Today I was served by a very polite staff member by the name of Sara. She understands the true nature of hospitality and her service was exceptional. The food was prepared perfect and me and my girlfriend were very happy with our experience here!We hope Sara gets the recognition and praise that she deserves, we will definitely be returning in future thanks to her!
