Two guys were working yesterday, at around 2pm. Polite, fast and friendly staff (specially the guy at the till). The sub was full of meat and the best part, they put enough sauce! 10/10

Awful experience. I was looking at the menu and the server was rushing me. When it came to making the food the plant patty she put on was all soggy and had chunks missing. All the toppings were freezer burned and looked soggy. While I was in the shop they started to turn all the lights off even though the place was still open. Server didn?t even bother to cut my sandwich in half, I only realised after I left and had to go back because I?m not scooby doo and can?t eat a sandwich in one bite. She had an attitude the entire time and clearly didn?t want to be there herself but I don?t know why she felt the need to punish me for ordering food. The pickles also tasted like they were off.

Exactly what you might expect at a Subway. Fast service, good BMT, easy check out, affordable cost. The Scouse accent of the seller is an add on to the experience.

Pretty consistently get half the amount of filling in the subs compared to any other subway, for the price point I expect to taste something other than just the bread
I'd recommend others going to the exchange street or Whitechapel or any other subway nearby

Female server was quite abrupt. I wanted to use my rewards to pay for 2 subs but there was no scanner due to upcoming changes to the reward system so forced to pay for what should have been free subs. I wasn't allowed any additional salad items as the subs I ordered were 'set' items. I've never experienced such poor service in any other subway

I was at 499 reward points. The server didn?t ask whether I wanted to use reward points or pay for a side, so she ended up deducting 200 points off me for a 99p side, when actually I wanted to pay for it and collect one more point to get a free 6 inch sub. Now I have to spend £20.10 to get to the points level I was before.

Scan is not working but of course nobody is telling you about it so you end up paying for a sandwich that you were supposed to get for free with points
