Food had a bit of wood in it? Like a skewer of something or a bit of basket? No idea. Teeth did not enjoy, and glad it didn't pop a filling out or something.
Staff are super nice though.

Always a great sandwich there, but unfortunately, I got the trainee server who was still learning. She made my sub, but half destroyed it trying to fold/ close it, and half the filling ended up on the floor so it wasn't as generously filled as usual. I'll still be back as the subs are still fab.

Staff were friendly but very badly organised. At least 3 staff working but only one serving at a time despite a queue of customers. Sandwiches left under the grill for longer than required resulting in burnt, difficult to eat sandwiches. Sandwiches poorly put together with ingredients only covering part of the bread. Restaurant was dirty and you could tell the tables hadn?t been cleaned in a while. Overall not a very pleasant experience

Once again the customers who come in to the shop have to wait while the staff make up the telephone orders, totally unacceptable. Get designated staff solely for telephone orders and serve the customers who come in promptly.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean but twice I've been now and the options are limited, they never seem to have all breads or ingredients for some of the subs.

Very slow service from the worker, who definitely didn?t want to be at work..Using the same gloves preparing food, and managing cash counter with coins and notes.. disgusting..even going out in the back to text on his phone with gloves on, then coming back and continuing with handling food with the same gloves!!Toilet facilities are disgusting as well.

Staff are sound but bread was stale. Most people get it toasted and maybe wouldn't notice.

Great subway franchise. So efficient that it?s impressive to watch them make the sandwiches! Lots of staff unlike other franchises so it?s much faster. They also have a manger working which I think makes the experience betterVegetarian options: Lots of meat alternatives (veg steak / veg meatballs) and if you don?t like them you can just get cheese!
