The staff member, Su, was an absolute star today. I was let down by a caterer this morning, and save my meeting (for 25 people) by making 6 platters for me at very short notice. Thank you Su, you are amazing.

By far the best subway branch I've been in. You get more than just the hi what do you want. Had a great chat with Sue while she was making my sandwich felt almost like i was in a family run business was really nice

The young lady who took my order and made me a delightful sandwich is a credit to the company. My visit on 26/3/25 was an enjoyable experience. Not many places nowadays where you receive a smile and politeness to match. Will be visiting this branch again. Thank you

Food it was the same tast everywhere nice that's why I'm subway fan but the customer service it was very poor and not polite at all she do all the job with same gloves even wipe the table with hand and after she try to touch salad I'm ask here to cheng gloves before touch my salad but her act's looks she not happy to cheng the gloves

Had the most enjoyable experience on Thursday evening. Julie (store manager) was working on her own and with every customer she went above and beyond. I was made to feel so welcome from the minute I opened the door. Sandwich was great and I was asked if it was ok for me before wrapping it or if I wanted anything else from the salad counter adding on it. Even though she was busy she ensured we the customers in store walked out happy. Well done and I will be a frequent visitor here on in. Thanks .xx
Kid-friendliness: Interacted amazingly with my son and ensured he was treated as a customer too ensuring his sub was how he wanted it and not going through me.
