After a long day and i was in a very bad mood i came to subway to get some food to be greeted by olivia and sophie who instantly lifted my mood with there smiley faces and happy energy , food was amazing and will defo come back to this branch again thanku girls for totally changing my day

Came to eat as a family this afternoon at about 1:45pm. Although it was fairly quiet, the staff were lovely and really friendly. We were served by a gentleman who was wearing a cap and a lady with brown hair. There was no pressure to choose immediately and they catered to all of our requests professionally and patiently.
Couldn?t have asked for any better service. The staff clearly knew what they were doing and after trying the chipotle sauce as recommended by the kind lady, it?s safe to say I have a new favourite combo. The same lady also helped my mum with recommendations for her salad toppings since she is on a diet.
Unfortunately, I didn?t catch their names but both of the lovely people who served us deserve some recognition.

Checked online if the shop was open at 9:30 on a Tuesday, drove there and the shutter are down. I nearly ordered collection, glad I never. It's supposed to be open at 9am. Service to reorder is still open on the app.

It's a great place to get a sandwich. I was eating a vegetarian option and the staff were excellent asking me if they wanted change to change there gloves because of handling mean on other sandwiches. I'm not vegetarian I just felt lime I wanted a vegetarian sandwich for a change but the staff were really nice little, professional and simply excellent. A very nice change.
Thank you I habe now found my perfect subway when on my travels in the area.
Vegetarian options: Yes there is plenty of options.

Closes half an hour before they?re actually meant too. Hardly great customer service if you can?t serve one customer at 6.25pm when both the website and the hours on the store say it closes at 7pm

I came into your Speke store on Tuesday, the 27th June 2023, at 15:33.
I wasn't feeling very well because I had a migraine, and so, I ordered a light salad with a bottle of water.
The 2 members of staff who served me were so kind and compassionate toward me and, as I left, they even said they hope I feel better soon.
I do not feel 5 stars for the service is enough.
They deserve the moon and all the stars in the sky for their work ethic.
Please check your staff rota to make sure the correct staff members, a young man and young lady, receive my thanks and appreciation.
