Ordered a sub from this place, it took 1.5 hours to deliver. The fault was not of delivery guys. It was the store staff who couldn?t manage customers and made the order super late.

I went into this Subway this week and was made to feel extremely uncomfortable whilst seeing an interaction between two members of staff.
One of the members of staff was clearly new and the other that was training her was clearly rude and unprofessional. She had created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the shop whilst I was ordering.
She seemed too busy taking on her phone speaking in another language. When asked for help by the new member of staff, she came out (clearly in a mood) and snatched the sandwich out of the girl's hand, quickly served me, and went straight into the back area to go back onto the phone.
This isn't the first negative encounter I've had with this member of staff. I think something might need to be addressed as I have heard her speaking to other staff members inappropriately and also customers. She needs to work on her customer service skills and people skills.
I don't usually write reviews, but felt obligated to do so with this interaction. I felt extremely sorry for the new member of staff.

Honestly don?t understand how someone can get something so wrong, it?s literally written down in front of you? asked for Italian BMT, salad and sauce and extra cheese got given a salami sandwich on different bread not toasted and with Brie?!!!!? Boyfriends sandwich was also not what he ordered

Don?t order from this subway on just eat ever!! Each time I?ve ordered my order has been completely wrong! They cannot get anything right! You can never contact them either to sort it out worst service ever!

Just been in the Maghull Subway ordered a tunamayo with cheese, lady spread the tuna on like a thin layer of butter, when I asked for a little extra tuna she charged one pound extra. Very poor fillings scrimping will loose customers. This regular customer won't be returning
