Friendly staff, the manager was extra friendly and asked about my day and what I?ve been doing. The shop was hygenic and followed Health and Safety regulations. The shop was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed my meal. Would come again to this Subway.

I?ve been having subway for couple of days now, my mum got a subway sandwich the other day and was throwing up I had one yesteday and today I threw up 4 times. Subway u need to sort ur hygiene and put on different gloves per person.

I prefer to travel a little further to this branch rather than my nearest because I always find the food fresh and well presented. Hygiene seems excellent and the staff are great. Everything seems well organised and well run unlike my local branch. Top marks!

Probably the best subway for miles, clean fresh ingredients put together by sandwich experts. The knowledge of the young sandwich artist was exremely satisfying, very patient with fussy customers, young lad and girl are a real asset to subway.

Wow what fantastic customer service, so knowledgeable and efficient. Tom take a bow young man . So much better since the old lady has left , Trish i recall her name being. She had a huge chip on her shoulder for some reason and the atmosphere when she was in store was unbearable. So glad to see she has gone. I will be back visiting more often now.

Thank you to the staff at Thornton subway who notified the bank when a transaction was made using my lost bank card (the staff suspected Fraud- and kept my card!) I am very greatful! ?????? Amy
