Staff have no customer service skills at all, not at all polite. no coffee machine (so don't expect a hot drink) the cheese balls tasted disgusting, they smelt and tasted of a spice curry, not the normal cheese balls that we get from other subways. When I complained they just replied ' that's what's on the menu'. They were dark brown inside. Something was definately wrong, they did not offer a refund, so walked out in disgust!

I visited this quite empty unit for breakfast today. No wonder the bloody unit is empty. You go in for breakfast and they have limited bread, no bacon and no coffee. What an advert for a breakfast venue.

Chicken and bacon with bbq sauce etc was heated but only half and saturated in bbq sauce a soggy mess that fell apart. Hadnt been for years and wont be going back

Great place to eat, food, atmosphere and the service. There was the most lovely lady Danielle, she just made our day with her professional attitude and lovely heart.

3 staff working at aintree branch when we visited today at about 2pm, was really busy and from what I could see only one member was working hard and that was the first girl taking orders, the second girl meant to be on the salad and sauce just stood there and kept asking was it time to go home whilst the other girl broke her neck to clear the shop, the third member equally looked unhappy working on the till, can you imagine my disgust when the sandwich I had ordered for my 6 year old was confused with the customers in front 2 lads who opened the sandwich had their fingers all over it and complained it wasn't the one they had ordered? 2 girls (on till and salad duty) just looked at me, I had watched the middle girl with dark hair for some unknown reason swap the sandwiches around despite the first girl telling her what was what and what she needed to do, first girl to the rescue didn't even have to ask her she was making a fresh sandwich for my daughter. This staff member needs a pay rise as she's doing the job of three.

me and my mum ordered turkey wraps and asked to have them toasted. The unpleasant lady started going on how she needs to toast the LETTUCE with it??? which none of us wanted??? Never had this situation in other Subways. She toasted the cheese and meat on its own... and thrown it on top of everything... cold meal, thank you very much. Customer service? Embarrassing and awful. The local itself? Dirty, oh my god. Food and crumbs on the floor, tables, chairs (I took pictures). Those people need some serious training. Won't be revisiting, but I recommend you all Subway in Walton by Aldi for a lovely experience!

I think ALL staff NEED some customer service training. Really rude, including the woman who appeared to be the ?manager?.
They were pretty incapable of a simple order and had no idea how to deal with a simple situation.

For a food establishment, a working toilet should be available to customers at all times. Yet every time I visit this store, it?s always ?out of order?. The staff could do with some customer service training too as they?re a bit rude and dismissive.
