Asked a staff member could they take my order at the till instead of the self serve till she told me no as she was to busy to take my order poor service rude staff.

Not happy at all. Went in and was told they couldn't make me a cup of tea because they had uber eats orders to do first . Told to come back in 30 mins. Went back in the same day and even tho I was first in the line was told again the orders had to be done first. Some of the staff are not professional. I've seen them vaping in the back while customers are waiting.

Foods good but never really anyone in and also some of the staff just don't seem to want to be there or be bothered. The foods good just seem like your asking alot from them.

Service today was awful, girl who served me was very rude, had been waiting for 25m and only asked would food be now cold when she Wasn?t very nice , she could have replied a bit better than she did, she could do with some customer training .
Will be reluctant to come back here

Absolutely appalling place. Miserable duo behind the counter were disinterested in doing their job properly and.Twice I went recently and on both occasions I had to walk out empty handed. The first time they gave me something completely different to what I ordered.
Second occasion I visited I turned invisible. I kid you not.
After waiting too long to be served a queue of 3 couples formed a queue behind me. Then the jobsworth staff member asked the people behind me what they wanted. I said to her "am I invisible". So I walked. Just as well I did as the food here is garbage going by the bad reviews here.
Dreadful staff. Complaint sent to Subway.
Avoid at all costs. I best it will close down soon. It's a dump. Save your cash.

Went here today and ordered a tuna salad I won't be ordering again I got 3 slices of cucumber 2 peppers a few gerkings a few jalapeños a pinch of sweetcorn & a little bit of lettuce and a very shy amount of sweet onion sauce it wouldn't of filled a baby's tummy let alone an adult! I don't understand why they can't fill the box it's literally just salad what i am paying for!! the tuna was also very dry ? the staff all look like they hate their Jobs and the heigine isn't great either, cross contamination, We won't be returning.

Ordered philly and steak wrap with wedges. Wedges limp and small. Wrap was tasteless and bland. Not much filling all for 8.59. Wont be calling again. Staff friendly and

We went to Subway this morning and we were very disappointed by the lack of hygiene, ill-mannered staff, and the dreadful food. Firstly, when we went inside we were greeted with a cold expression by the lady, she was impatient and impertinent. Her name tag said Jess and that she was the manager. There were flies everywhere and when I was naming the salad I wanted she rolled her eyes. At the end when we were paying, my dad wanted to sign up for a subway member card but she has the audacity to say "well I've got a queue so you should go" the "queue" was one person; she could've went to the person and come back to us. We did plan on staying to eat, however we just left in the end. The sandwich was flimsy as she cut the thinnest layer at the top of the buns leaving the bottom to be extremely thick. Never going back again!
