Asked a staff member could they take my order at the till instead of the self serve till she told me no as she was to busy to take my order poor service rude staff.

Not happy at all. Went in and was told they couldn't make me a cup of tea because they had uber eats orders to do first . Told to come back in 30 mins. Went back in the same day and even tho I was first in the line was told again the orders had to be done first. Some of the staff are not professional. I've seen them vaping...
