We came here after seeing a family member and when I was being serviced by a women and she then thought I wanted to put the sandwich in the oven/toaster to warm it up, she never even asked me would I like it toasted. The manager then when my dad was being served dropped the milk after it had misplaced my dad?s hands. I asked the manager to print the receipt out for me and she printed the ?uber eats? receipt, she said ?sorry I printed the wrong one?. There was no pleasant smile from any of the staff. My mum was also buying a sandwich with me and she only ordered the 6? inch sub, when coming to sit down my mum and dad had found an ant and my dad said ?there is probably an ants nest somewhere nearby? (we were sat by the window). When then meant she took her sandwich away with her as she couldn?t eat it and had to take it away with her. When my mum said she was off to the toilets she said it looked awful, and she couldn?t even wash her hands as there was no soap. The sink was filthy and no water, no hand sanitiser. My dad said that the sub that he had the veggie pati was extremely bland. My partner was with me and we all agreed that this is WORST Subway we have been to!!

The atmosphere was dull , the young girl was cleaning up 45 min before closing and denied my 9 year old the toilet because she had just cleaned it !!!!!! . She was rude and soacked the floor mopping it to the point of it being unsafe . This was 45 minutes before closing . This is unacceptable .

Great food and friendly staff, got exactly what I ordered and it wasn't too expensive either. highly recommend if you need a quick snack to enjoy in, or just take out with you.

The food was OK though there was hair in my sandwich?I had to shave it didn?t even give me a complimentary razor had to bring my own And there isn?t a smoking area in this abolishment so my pet gear 7 started convulsing since she had no Nic in 10 minutes do you know what that does to a person? So first of all, the employees of this establishment are downright rude, come off cold and are not friendly. The woman who made my sandwich SLAPPED the meet on leaving BRUISES on my sandwich AND my soul. MY SANDWICH BREAD was absolutely DISGUSTING AND DESTROYED LOOKS LIKE A RAT HAS BITTEN IT. It was wrinkly and srunched up and not handled with care. I bit into my sandwich and felt hard, i look, and someone has lost a tooth inside my latin bmt (big meaty testies). Next i bite into my cookie. i ordered the ?rainbow? cookie. There was no rainbow represented on my cookie is is oppressive to the lgbtq. AND DOWN RIGHR HOMOHOBIC. My double chocolate cookie was ROCKHARD and tasted like chalk and was built like a SHITBRICKHOUSE MIXED WITH A DISC AND A FRISBEE. (reference) If u want a good subway go to thornton. Also there?s loads of kids screaming and crying because their subways that bad.

Went here for lunch. Got a Tex Mex sub and a Jude's Chocolate Milk. There was a sour almost vomit like taste to the milk and when I opened the sandwich there was a large black hair in-between the filling.

Shame that no zero stars allowed here. Opened till 8 as per door sign but 5.20 they cleaning and telling customers takeaway only. Rubbish on tables, staff not interested.
