I just ordered from Uber eats my order arrived everything was cold the waffle fries was stone cold had loads of rotten bits in them I ordered the large and got exactly 5 fries. The foot long was cold and was meant to be toasted & again wasn?t. I ordered the new all star chimichurri steak and there was hardly any filling at all I couldn?t believe it and the bread was hard at the ends and dry. I didn?t receive my 3x cookies or the Carmel sauce for the churro either and no onion sauce with my fries. I definitely won?t be ordering again honestly the worst I?ve ever had

Been to this lovely branch this morning at Esso garage on Queens drive / Liverpool and had an outstanding service by Sophie.
I?ve been a regular Subway customer for the last 15 years, but never had such a superior service like the way she did.
As an addict person to coffee I can confidently say that today?s one felt like an actual High-Five in the mouth after a long working shift because how perfect it tasted
?
Sophie is a great artist not only doing sandwiches but in the overall experience she offers to the customer ?

Got served today by a lovley woman in there wish i caught her name but she had blonde hair really helped me with my order always make me feel welcomed and warm in there the sub its self was unreal thank you.

ok but staff tend to close early a hour before they are susposed to. always only one staf on at any time so if you want anything to eat gust grab something else from the garrage food insted its 24hr and staff are always polite.

I go to quite alot of subways due to being on the road alot with my job. This was probably the most unpleasant experience I've had at a subway.
As I was trying to decide what to have I heard a voice spit in quite an aggressive tone "what are you havin?!". I wasn't sure whether the gentleman with red hair behind the counter was talking to me as it caught me quite by surprise. I looked around and there wasn't anyone in the que. I asked for a tuba sandwhich, still quite taken aback before he spat out again "bread?!". I proceeded with my order before being served by a more pleasant blonde lady.
My expectations while visiting a subway aren't very high and I don't expect world class customer service but I certainly don't expect to be spoken to like I've just been trodden on. My experience of this subway was so poor that I decided to write this review in the car park.
I won't be using this particular subway again.
