ZERO STARS IF I COULD Never one to leave bad reviews but I can't believe the customer service I've just witnessed.
I'll keep it brief...
2 young staff, screaming and laughing behind the counter while serving making the orders. Swearing at each other and to the customers (jokey way, but even still) the young girl had her boyfriend (who they joked was autistic and to be ignored, doubt he was and this was just a skit) hanging over the gate trying to kiss her while she was taking my payment, her response was screaming "stop I'm in work". I was told to ignore her boyfriends behaviour as they all laughed. No attention was paid to my order or anyone else's for that matter. Horrendous customer service and vile sandwich I had to pull apart to eat as they couldn't be bothered to cut. Oh and not to mention the cleanliness of the shop and amount of flies the staff were completely unbothered about.

Nice food, but not happy with the female staff member there who was standing there staring at me looking annoyed and impatient even though I had already said I was just choosing, and of course this was very intimidating and unpleasant for me. I was the only customer in the shop which didn't help and she made me feel very uncomfortable just staring at me looking annoyed and impatient as she was clearly passive-aggressively telling me I'd better buy something and don't even think about going now. I do not feel comfortable with someone watching over me intimidating me like this, and was completely unreasonable given you are allowed to take your time choosing. The truth is I came in for cookies but they sold out so there wasnt really anything else i wanted but she put me on the spot staring at me and rushing me to buy something so i just got a drink. There was no need for this, you may think that this way you are going to force customers to buy something but in the long-run you are going to deter them. Change your attitude if you are going to work on customer service, customers are not obliged to buy something once they enter a shop. No need for this at all.

I tried this subway for the first time last Thursday and all I can say is that I had the best experience from start to finish. There was a young man who served me and I received the best customer service from him.

I went fir the first time to subway Allerton I enjoyed the food and I will go back not just fir the but fir the very friendly service specially by young man I think his name is Josh I bought extra food for the reason Josh the the lovely way he spoke and served me I go out three times aweek to eat never treated the way the young man ( Josh) treated me thank you ?????Parking: Although it?s not easy to park outside the shop but there is plenty parking with in walking distance

We came here over the weekend. Food was tasty. Restaurant was clean. Service was quick. The only thing I would say we came in just before lunch time on a Saturday and put in a fairly big order and there was only one girl working there which I thought was a bit crazy for a Saturday. She coped well though under the pressure. Hats off to her!

Man with black hair kindest man I?ve ever met, used to work at Gatecae subway which is my/ me pal?s regular subway but about 6 months ago the man stopped working at gatecare. I was in tears. Last week me and me mate Jack Howes ( from Childwall ) were on our way to our friend/mates house Luke Murphys ( allerton residant) and we were quite peckish if uno what i mean so we went into allerton subway and we couldn?t believe our EYES ? when we seen the man working. He is the most passionate subway worker I?ve seen. This man deserves to be manager. My good friend Luke has described him as ?? Best in the city ?? I can only agree. I will go to a futher extent and say best in the country maybe Europe . Hit north

Everytime I go to this place they made me feel odd by saying that's expensive, this is expensive. These guyz should change theIir DON'T CARE attitude. I kinda feel like these are racist remarks. They better be nice to me next time.The place sucks, its dirty. Bread is felling apart.All in all, Subway -it's a wake up call.

Shocking Allerton road Liverpool. I?ve visited many subways at different locations around the country and use them almost daily. Allerton road is definitely one of the worst I?ve been too for many reasons.The place is dirty and the eating area isn?t cleaned regularly enough. Staff are some of the most miserable people I?ve met especially in a public service environment.Overcharged for items, even had the cheek to give me half a cookie instead of a full one. Used bread that was falling apart and should have been binned. Ended up picking up the pieces from all over me as it fell apart.No display before you order that there is no milk so had to buy a cold drink (snowing outside!)Awful cold experience and all for over £10 for lunch for one! Pull your pants up subway and stop pulling mine down!!

Shocking. The seating area is filthy. The two girls in there are busy chatting up the one male customer, to get a cloth and a brush and tidy the place up.Salad looks like it died years ago. Zero hygiene. And prices are shocking.Go somewhere else.

Ordered a collection online. Every sub was wrong in at least one way and the sides looked like they were cooked this morning and sat inside a shoe all day. It was fast but I'd rather it had taken another five minutes to have it correct and fresh.

Ordered a sandwich on the app, the app says I've collected it. When I arrived.... no sandwich... they don't have the ingredients. I asked to cancel....and was told I had to do it on the app.I advised them no it's for them to do.....and was told they don't know how and will have to call the manager to do it.I'm still waiting for my money back.I have contacted subway through the app, and through twitter (several times) and whilst I have been assured the owner of this subway will contact me back.....it has been 2 weeks with no contact and no refund.I would avoid this place like the plague.I will now be asked for my bank to pull the money back

Everything was well stocked and the staff were friendly. No BLC discount in this store anymore so had to knock a star off. Why pull from one store and not any of the others?

At the Alperton subway I got a sandwich burnt to a crisp and with practically no filling when I opened it at home I also found a hair I?ll have to check it before I take it home in future and go to a different franchise
