Highly recommended this place and the annual service plan - much better than forking out a lump sum. Staff are always friendly and efficient. The video update of the service is great and car came back a lot cleaner than it went in - thankyou ?

Great experience when taking my car in for a service. Staff were all so friendly and helped me out the showroom with the pram as I had to bring my baby.Was given updates and even when I called up to see if the car was ready was given a prompt update. Car was lovely and clean too when I collected it.

I was dealing with Reece, he sold me an Astra and I can?t say anything other than great things about him and how the whole process went, he listened to what I needed and what my budget was and did everything they could to find something suitable. Communication from him about how things were progressing was great and me and my son couldn?t be happier with the car. Definitely be back again when I?m ready for my next car and would recommend to go there also all the staff there were friendly too. Thank you Reece!

Had to take our daughters car here as nobody else would dare to look at it (Fiat 500 semi auto). By 8:45 they?d managed to diagnose about 50 ?faults? with the car including a knackered gearbox which they suggested we should replace at £2200, bearing in mind the car was only worth £3500.Ended up getting rid of the car, to a mechanic, who dug a little deeper to find a bent pin on one of the gearbox sensor connections. A little bit of remapping and it?s good to go.These arseoles basically saw an opportunity and failed. Complete rip off merchants.1 star as i can?t give zero. Clowns!!!

Motability visit, greeted by Adam who was incredibly helpful. Discussed what our needs were and he showed me which models were suitable . Discussed test drives etc and understood that needed a longer than usual round the block type test.

Booked my car into a service and MOT 1 month ago scheduled round my annual leave; left car from just after 8am till 5pm when I picked it up; no phone calls no problems (you?d think). I pay for a service plan and have paid for other expensive work done at this garage previously (and with other cars). Additionally not local so takes anything from 1hr to 1.5hrs to get in.. I work most weeks 6 days too..I get told at 5pm as the garage is shutting they didn?t do the MOT because of a minor reason they had fixed previous year?? Which when I told them they had fixed this last year, they then said I should have done it myself which I argued why (as per a fore mentioned they had done it themselves, how would I know this was my responsibility??) so then their new excuse after telling me I should have ?fixed it myself? was they where too busy??Firstly I brought my car in first thing in the morning - they had left my service till last thing as they where still doing this when I came back (so despite booking a month in advance, where as per the service guy who booked it said there was no other appointments at the time, so I was first in ?supposedly?).Additionally I had to travel to and from A city not local to me; take a day off; no one had the courtesy to ring me or tell me of the issue; and what amounted to a 5min fix (beggars belief) they didn?t have the time..I?m honestly shocked and astonished by the lack of professionalism, service or customer care.. so be aware; not sure if they changed teams or management, but done be surprised if you get poor care..I did apologies to the poor girls on reception as whomever was responsible obviously didn?t take the rap and left it to them..
