Services was an amazing, lady helps a lot but quality of hot chocolate , and my flat white was disgusting. I thought after 10 years something change but was terrible taste. As ambassador of coffee , for me this is was like a poison .

I recently visited Starbucks, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The staff started cleaning excessively loud and right next to us, two whole hours before closing time. They even began putting chairs up, creating so much noise that my companion and I couldn?t hear each other properly. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made us feel unwelcome.
To make matters worse, when I ordered a Frappuccino, they served it without any whipped cream on top. This may seem minor, but it?s part of the standard presentation and taste, so it was really disappointing.
Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional. Starbucks is usually a reliable spot for a comfortable and relaxed time, but this visit was far from it. I hope management addresses this to improve the customer experience in the future.

Got charged £60 for parking will never go here again
Parking: If you stay for more than 90 minutes you will get a fine of £100 if you settle within 2 weeks it's £60....absolutely disgusting

What a great Starbucks, super quick , friendly , delicious apple pie nicest I've ever had, great price and lovely sandwich.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice

Visited today with my Sister after a walk and decided to get us both a small Latte, chocolate chip cookie ? for my sister and packet of crisp for myself. Then my sister got me a chocolate pop cake which was quite moreish and delicious, after a chat I then freshened up in the toilet before walking back home.

Drive through 40 minute wait... No parking spaces Filthy inside Staff lazy and incompetent Hannah the manager rude and ineffective , sitting out the back Terri the server a snarler I complained that we waited 40 minutes, was informed it was 20, told yo park up and my drink would be brought out after 40 minutes...young chap shouted at me and Terri barked back when I replied 'he's a child" if he was a child why was he employed to pass drinks through a window, which is what he did sitting down at a window for 40 minutes Disgusting experience
