Late evening visit just before closing and was very quiet. Ordered in person and while there was some activity on the drive through and it was obvious that was being prioritised the second staff member was able to sort my order very quickly. A perfect drink and the lady was happy and pleasant to me.

The barista named Vince is SO bad at customer service. I asked him for a glass of water and he just looked at me like I am asking for him to get the water from the sea. No smile, no response. I can do a better and really good job at customer service than him. Earlier when I ordered my coffee even at that time he was taking order as if he?s been forced to work without pay

Service and coffee was fine. Toilet door handle was missing on the outside and had a key code and lock to access meaning very old or young people may have to be assisted to gain access.

Store was clean, partners were in the cafe frequently to clear and clean tables. Service was fast and the drink was made correctly. The aesthetic of the store may be a bit sterile, but it is nice that is it new and clean.
